Congrats to Wyoming Cadets and Officer Carr

Congrats to Officer Charles Carr, School Resource Officer, Lander Police Department, Wyoming.  Junior Police Academy, now in its second year, is is one of many summer events sponsored locally.

While JPA Instructors make each program unique, it is clear that the spirit of citizenship flourishing in Lander’s cadets is a great tradition of the program.
